Why is my child's school not listed when registering for weekly preschool classes?

We partner with amazing early learning centers throughout the area to serve as an extra-curricular activity that helps supplement their curriculum. The schools listed represent those schools who we have partnered with.

Can I enroll at anytime? (Weekly Preschool Classes)

Yes! You may enroll at anytime and we will pro-rate the cost accordingly. All registrations are done online on our website. UNFORTUNATELY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.

Who is "Bob the Bobcat"?

Bob is the soccer ball each of our little soccer stars participate in class with. Throughout the class we will take Bob on adventures, sing songs, and play fun games all designed to get your child moving and their soccer skills improving while having an absolute blast taking care of their new friend Bob!

What will my child be learning?

Because often times we are the first coach to our little soccer stars we believe that above all else, we provide a nurturing, safe, & fun environment that allows all of our participants to get comfortable with this new experience in the way that is most comfortable them. Within that, the developmental focus of our program stems from our founder, Andy Barney's, coaching philosophy that focuses it's training and development on deceptive dribbling and finishing...with a goal of developing Brave & Creative Leaders for Life! We hope your kiddo leaves each session with a smile on his face and a sense of accomplishment that results from the success they saw in class! 

Where are HappyFeet classes held and what time are they?

Each of our partner schools is different and in each school, we define the most ideal setting in which to hold our weekly classes. Our class times are different for each school and each age group has a different class time. These details are all sorted out between your child's preschool and our HappyFeet office before our session begins.

I want to withdraw my child. How do I do that?

You can remove your child from the program at any time by contacting us at Info@happyfeetnorthnj.com

Will I receive a refund?

Our refund policy is as follows: 

Weekly Preschool Classes - We can offer you a refund for the remaining classes starting on the day you send us an e-mail requesting your child to be removed from the program.

Leagues/Weekly Outdoor - Your refund request must be made no later than twenty-four (24) hours before the start of the third (3rd) class in your registered session. At that time we will be able to refund you for the remaining classes. Any requests submitted later than twenty-four (24) hours before the start of the third (3rd) class will be ineligible to receive a refund.

My child is sick/absent/on vacation and will miss HappyFeet classes. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, HappyFeet is not responsible for classes missed for personal reasons. We are unable to offer you a refund for missed classes based on these reasons at our Weekly Preschool Classes, Weekend Leagues, and Weekday Outdoor Classes. 

What if class is cancelled due to inclement weather?

Schools: If we have bad weather or an issue with the facility, we will be in contact with your child's preschool. If we decide to cancel a HappyFeet class, a make-up class will be scheduled in conjunction with the school's schedule. We do our best to avoid cancellations as they can cause scheduling issues for both parents and us. This means we often play through light rain and take driving/field conditions into consideration.

Leagues/Weekday Outdoor Classes: If we have bad weather or an issue with the facility, there are a few ways for you to find out. We will send a league wide email letting you know of the cancellation and the make-up date, we will post on our Facebook page/Website, and we will  update the voicemail for our office phone number. Cancellations are made one hour before the start of class on the morning of. We do our best to avoid cancellations as they can cause scheduling issues for both parents and us. This means we often play through light rain and take driving/field conditions into consideration. Make-up classes are scheduled for the weekend following the original end date.

I have a dispute regarding my child being registered for class. What can I do?

If you believe there was an error regarding your payment for classes or your child being taken to classes, please reach out to us within 14 days of the end of the session. After the initial 14 days post-classes, our roster records are cleared to make room for the new sessions and we are unable to clarify any attendance or registration issues. 

Why am I not receiving any updates on our Weekend League or Weekday Outdoor Classes location?

All communication is handled via e-mail. If you are not receiving information about your child's participation or about your account and have double checked your junk folder, please contact us at Info@happyfeetnorthnj.com  so we can make sure to get that taken care of. If you have unsubscribed from our mailing list in the past, this means you have been removed from our mailing system entirely and must E-mail us at Info@happyfeetnorthnj.com to request to be re-added.

How can I make a payment?

All payments are made on our website through our registration pages. UNFORTUNATELY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.
